Control your Anger
There is no one who doesn't feel anger in this world,don't tell me there is because those who doesn't or they seem to you that anger isn't an option for them ,they actually feel mad but they know how to control it .As a human we feel different emotions some of them are good such as love ,happiness,being respected .....etc and bad like sadness, anger, loneliness.. Here we are going to discuss this issue and seek forward to fix it or at least to work on it day by day until we get there ,feeling angry is good it means you still have emotions ,you care and you are still alive ,but not so good if you hurt others and especially yourself ,I am a human being and i won't deny that I didn't feel angry,in fact I feel a lot of anger ,sometimes when I go back in memory I regret it big time and the stupid reactions I did ,I can call my self a drama girl ,but even so humans make mistakes and that is not wrong the problem is we don't go so far and try to fix them we just ...
